We wanted to share an important update with you about how we are going to handle online orders going forward.
After taking some time to think about what is best for our family and the farm, we have decided to simplify things and focus more closely on farming side of our business. Because of that, we will be making a few changes to the way our online store works.
From 14 December, online orders will be pickup only. You will still be able to order our full range of products, but delivery will no longer be available. At this time, we will also be stopping our subscription feature.
Then from 12 January 2026, the online store will shift to offering:
• B’Licious eggs, and
• A small selection of promotional products also for pickup only.
I know this may be a change for some of you who rely on delivery, and I am genuinely sorry for any inconvenience it causes. We have appreciated your support and loyalty more than you know, and this has not been an easy decision. It is simply about making sure we can care for the birds, our team, and our family well without stretching ourselves too thin.
